University of Calgary User Login – University of Calgary Central Authentication Service: To log in to and use University of Calgary User Account, you must supply a valid username and password and you must be using a recent version of a standard Internet browser.

eID Registration
Your eID must end with your last name. For example, if your name is Elia Stephen your eID must end with Stephen which means it can be A.Stephen or AC.Stephen etc. But if your last name is longer than 5 characters just like the Stephen we used for illustration then you must use at least the first 5 characters. Note that your eId cannot have any special characters or spaces.
Here the information you need to queue in – eID, UCID, Add another UCID, If you don’t have a UCID and wish to register a guest account then tick on the button provided for it. Go down and enter your Last Name, Date of Birth (yyyymmdd), Email address, Display Name.

Enter your password and your password must be at least 8 characters long with at least one character from the 4 following groups. It should contain lower case (a-z), upper case (A-Z), digits (0-9), punctuation excluding ” ‘ – $ / \.

University of Calgary Password Management

What to do if you don’t know your eID
Your eID is the username given to you when you first applied or joined the University or when you joined as a staff. You will be using your eID every day to access My UCalgary, AirUC Wireless, etc. Note that your ID username was chosen by you when you registered, and it always ends with a dot followed by your last name.
