myUHN Patient Portal – myUHN Patient Login – myUHN is a secure website that is meant for patients of the University Health Network (UHN).
When you are on this website, you safely see your appointments and results from all UHN sites as soon as they are ready.
With myUHN account, you can access your its online facilities such as personal health record anywhere, anytime on a computer, smartphone or tablet as far as it is internet enabled.
If you want to get started on this portal, you need to ask for a registration code when you check in for your next appointment or better still call myUHN Support at 416 340 3777.
When you sign up myUHN Patient account, you can see your UHN appointments and receive appointment reminders, you can as well see your UHN lab results dating back to 2008. All registered patients can see their UHN reports, such as pathology and imaging reports, and clinic notes dating back to May 1, 2015. They can as well find links to education resources, medical dictionaries and other helpful websites.

How to Register
You can register both online and offline. If you want to register offline then you have to ask for a myUHN registration code when you check-in at your next appointment or by calling myUHN Support at 416 340 3777. While on the appointment, show your government-issued photo ID, such as your health (OHIP) card, driver’s license, or other provincial health cards to the health officer processing your registration.
How to Register Online
a. If you want to register online then visit www.myuhn.ca website
b. You have to go to option tagged “Create a new account,” and click “Register now.” button
c. Then on the new page that will appear, enter your health card (OHIP) number or your UHN Medical Record Number (MRN).
d. Note that you can find your MRN on your printed hospital itinerary or wristband.
e. Enter your myUHN registration code and account information on the fields given for then
f. Read and accept the “Terms of Use” and click on the ‘register’ button
How to Activate your www.myuhn.ca
Firstly you have to check your email and find the email sent by myUHN to complete your registration. Then click on the link in the email within 48 hours to activate your account but if you don’t click on the link within 48 hours then the link will expire. After doing that, sign in with your email and password at www.myUHN.ca. Note that if you activate your account, you no longer need the registration code.
